We love to hear from you, and responding to you promptly and intentionally is always our goal. Connecting with your provider should be intuitive and reliable, so we've outlined the best ways to reach us, whatever your situation in a HIPAA compliant way.

We will respond as soon as we possibly can.  If you do not receive a response in a timely manner please proceed to the nearest emergency room or acute care center.  

All provider calls and texts must go through our HIPAA compliant number. Be sure to read the auto-reply, which may have specific instructions on reaching your provider if they are away from the clinic. Calls and texts to your providers personal cell will not be responded to.
